Horse's Neck

Ingredients:

2 dashes Bitters

Instruction:

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.

1 oz ist etwa 3 cl. Gießen Sie Brandy und Ginger Ale direkt in das Highball-Glas mit Eiswürfeln. Vorsichtig umrühren. Mit Zitronenschale garnieren. Auf Wunsch können Sie auch Spritzer von Angostura Bitter hinzufügen.

Versare brandy e ginger ale direttamente in un bicchiere highball con cubetti di ghiaccio. Mescola delicatamente. Guarnire con la scorza di limone. Se lo desideri, aggiungi un pizzico di Angostura Bitter.
